style="color:#000000;">氣象局</span></a><span style="color:#000000;">表示</span>，康芮增強速度比預期快，但後續環境不利發展，強度將逐漸下降，以中颱之姿靠近台灣，不排除發布海警。北部、東北部周四晚上至周五一整天受外圍環流影響最劇烈，民眾慎防豪大雨。</span></p> <p><span 氣象局預報員官欣平表示，康芮逐漸接近琉球海面，靠近太平洋高壓邊緣時緩慢北偏，各國模式共識認為康芮將在台灣跟琉球中間通過，但較接近台灣東部、東北部海域，之後轉向朝日本、南韓一帶移動，登陸台灣本島機率小，但會影響海域範圍。</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;">&nbsp; &nbsp;<span style="font-size:20px;">官欣平指出，</span>若依目前官方路徑有發布海警可能性，若康芮往西偏也不排除發布陸警。康芮昨經歷快速增強過程，但明天以後康芮路徑所經海水熱含量下降，環境不利發展，預測靠近台灣時將減弱為中颱等級。</span></p> <p><span
